Breakfast is a shared event around the table. Fresh sourdough, house-made preserves and yogurt, Alaska-grown or gathered ingredients when available, bacon cured and smoked here, and eggs from our chickens are part of the story.
Room to Exhale
Soak in the hot tub on the shared main patio, gather by the fire circle, enjoy a game in the Jackalope Pub, or find a quiet moment in The Eagle's Nest, our meditation-style room reached by a spiral staircase.

We live here, care for the house daily, and happily share the local places, stories, and small details that make Eagle River memorable.
Choose Your Room
Your guest room and bathroom are private. Beyond your door, welcoming spaces are shared with other adult guests. Choose the Iditarod Room, Kodiak Room, or Majestic Moose Room. Each has its own personality.
Know Before You Book
All guests must be 18 or older, and the primary renter must be at least 21. We cannot accommodate infants or children of any age. Guest pets are not permitted; resident animals live at the property. The main kitchen is not shared, although the Kodiak Room includes its own kitchen.
Winter Vehicle Requirement - Please Read Before Reserving
From approximately October through May, guests must have four-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or studded winter tires. When the driveway is snowy or icy, vehicles without one of these cannot get up the driveway. Please arrange a properly equipped vehicle before reserving a winter stay.
